I am the executive pastor of Next Gen at @sohillscc in GA and strive to be an opportunist, learner, and helper. My goal is to live my life for the One who gave me life.

This is my personal blog. It is focused on church leadership and ministry to the family. My mission is to help leaders take their next step in personal development. As a result, I write on organizational growth, leadership, ministry, volunteers, building teams, and productivity.

My Biography

I have always felt the call to ministry. Through the years, I have served in churches and my alma mater Mid Atlantic Christian University. I have been serving as the children’s pastor at Southern Hills Christian Church since 1/1/11 and call Carrollton home. In 2014, I was accepted into Jim Wideman’s mentoring group, Infuse, and have since joined his coaching team. I blog for Orange Leaders and a handful of ministry sites and my favorite way to relax is to watch movies while working on the laptop.
